Welcome aboard Sapient! A week in review...

So I now work for Sapient's interactive team. I've been assigned a project and have had a good time working with the team so far. I think it's going to be a good move for my career and hopefully everything works out great. The people are all very cool and friendly. I see a lot of ICG in this group and I hope that they embrace our culture like we will embrace theirs! Here's to making kick ass projects!........Cheers!

P90X - I don't even have it but it works!

MUSCLE CONFUSION! This is what makes the clear difference between average and extreme results. I happen to not even own this program, but I've used the theory behind it and it has done amazing for me. I may not have the final stage p90x body, but I can't help to be impressed by the results I've achieved just by watching the infomercial and applying the anti-plateau philosophy. I lost about 50 pounds and am now trying to put on some muscle weight. Thanks P90x, maybe I'll buy the program soon! lol
