A hump day to remember... Or not!

So we went out for a little wed. Fun and photohunting! We played for a while then proceeded to get down with our boogie shoes. After comparing Abs with the guys and talking about working out, I was hammered! And it was really time to go! I ate all kinds of stuff and passed the hell out!

Hard Rock Cafe with Jay Miller!

An old school fool I know came down this weekend to hang out with his family, so we decided to hook up at the old Hard Rock Cafe. Lou, Pablo,JM, and some girl friends of theirs were all there before me and Evoked showed up. We got some drinks and hung out with them waiting for Jay to show. By the way, makers mark does not play around when it comes to a good bourbon whisky. Anyway, Jay shows up and we caught up on some old times and had a few more beers, then we called it a night. It was great seeing you again old compadre! Long Live the UNION!

Camping out in Quiet Waters Park!

So me and the misses decided to try out some camping at Quiet Waters Park this weekend. To start off the camp site has two electrical sockets, a pre-built tent for 6 people, and running water. Needless to say this was not primitive camping... We arrived around 4:30 in the afternoon after zip zagging across broward in search of fire wood. Checking in was easy and I proceed to find out that they sell fire wood there...great. After a short trip we set up coolers and got situated at the site. Eating shrimp/pineapple/chicken kabobs and roasting marshmallows for some killer shmores came next. We watched a beautiful sunset and fell asleep under the great big Deerfield sky (in the tent of course, it was cold as shit that night). In the morning we had a healthy portion of skirt steak and read magazines for a while. Relaxing at its finest if you ask me. Soon after it was time to go so we packed up and headed out of dodge. It was a great and I'll do it all over again in a heartbeat...Happy trails y'all!

Jackie k.'s birthday at toby's!

So it was time to celebrate jackie's bday and we went to toby's poolhall and did it up in icg fashion! There was a piinching machine and evetone have it their best. Even the girls showed their punching power as we had wine and beer and evetthing in between! Good times for sure!

New Cobra Kai Champion!

In a battle of epic proportions, J.Kruze has taken the Chains of Victory from me (blur). He one fair and square, might I add, J.Kruze is showing great promise in exceptional front attack and great defensive skills! Congrats brother! As long as the chains stay in the family, it's all good!

So the night went something like this....We left work and played a little photohunt at the puss(gotta do it). Then Sasha invited to go see a punk band that played at a record store called Radio-Active Records. It was a cool little shop and the band played really good. After this we went to Automatic Slims in Las Olas. We played pool and Evoked had one of the most amazing sessions of pool I have ever seen. Talk about being "on"....I must have been set to "off" because I had my ass handed to me on a silver and gold platter! Later we went to the Poorhouse where Sasha knows a couple of people so we got a bunch of beers for free. Then the sea cows migrated in from the Biscayne bay. They jumped on stage and began to engage in a ceremonial swaying off flippers and parts of the body that big girls should keep to themselves........I guess they don't know that some girls are bigger than others!

Moms back from chile!

So after the passing of my grandfather last week, my mom made a trip out to chile at the drop of a dime... He was always good to me and u love him very much.I know my mom is sad but she tries not to show it. With that said I also know she had time to spend with the family and that always makes it better for her. I give thanks that my grandfather lived to be very old and had a fullfilling life.... I will miss you very much.

Black and Whites Collection

A new batch of some black and white photos I've taken through the years. I plan to post many more little batches of goodness. All photos were taken with a Panasonic Lumix dmc-fz20. It includes a Leice lens and has a 12x optical zoom that is incredible. I't Mega image stabilization system works really well and helps out incredibly when your totally zoomed in.

So needless to say , Freddie was sure to have a blowout for his 30Th Birthday Celebration.Pirates and Ninjas was the theme for the evening, and everyone did their best to pull through. From Internet pirates to samurai warriors, the party was packed with a very colorful bunch.Then the midgets showed up. That's right MIDGETS! They walked around the party and offered drinks to all those that would participate. Strange? maybe but what would a Laker party be if there isn't a little something crazy!

I want to thank Freddie for inviting me and Jackie to the party, I had an awesome time and it was definitely the best house party I've been too in a really long time. You rock Freddie! and I hope you live to be 165.... I love you man!

I've been a on a mission to workout and change my eating lifestyle for the better. More protiens and lean chicken, fish, and turkey have become my regular diet. I've been introduced to humus by Evoked. This happens to be one of my favorite snacks along side low fat crackers. Anyway, It's really hard to keep a strict diet when the local bodega offers the widest array of chocolates and sugar induced treats. I hate them , but I love them.... I'm all messed up!

Hollyweird Florida Photos

This morning I went out for a little walk around my belovedly weird Hollywood to take some shots of the different building styles that are found here in this area. You can probably bet that there is a crack head or two located somewhere in these photos, so please disregard. The town is really on the up and coming status being that there is a huge push to build all kinds of new buildings. Some are apartments,condos and studios and others are just new businesses that have flocked to the area. I think this will all change the landscape here in Hollywierd but it looks like it is for the better....
